Ellen A. Tabor

President & Co-Founder

Ellen has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in the hospital industry. She co-founded Liberty in 1989 and together with other senior executives, has established Liberty as a leading provider of an array of revenue cycle services.  Prior to Liberty, she held various positions in hospital patient financial services and worked as a senior consultant for KPMG’s healthcare practice.  Ellen leads the Liberty team and is responsible for the success of Liberty’s services.  She is an active member of both HFMA and AAHAM.  She graduated with a B.S. in Biology from The Catholic University of America.


Stephen E. Tabor

EVP & Co-Founder

Steve has nearly 35 years of demonstrated success in the healthcare industry. He has actively served as Liberty’s EVP since 2001. Prior experience includes consultant and VP positions at hospital management companies – Hospital Corporation of America, Quorum Health Resources and Quorum Health Group. Steve is an alumnus of the Harvard Graduate School of Business.  He is a Diplomate of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and an active member in both HFMA and AAHAM.



Judith G. Dolci

Senior Vice-President

Julie has served as a Vice President of Liberty since 1991. She held various healthcare finance positions in hospital patient financial services, commercial insurance and KPMG’s healthcare practice. At Liberty, her role includes sales, operations and compliance.  She holds an MBA in economics and finance from Farleigh Dickinson University, and a B.A. in political science from Kenyon. Julie is active in both the HFMA and AAHAM and is the Secretary to the Patient Financial Services Committee.  Julie serves on the board of Willing Hands Work Activity Center for developmentally disabled adults, and is active in her community.


Maria Facciponti

Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

Maria has over 25 years of executive leadership in the healthcare finance industry. She serves as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for Liberty. At Liberty, her role includes sales, operations and product development. She graduated with a B.S. in finance from Rutgers University. She is a certified black belt in Lean Six Sigma and a Fellow ofthe Healthcare Financial Management Association. Maria’s experience includes various leadership positions in hospitals, Adreima and nThrive where she led Patient Access/Eligibility nationally. She is active in HFMA and local governmental Medicaid agencies. Maria serves as a Troop leader with the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern NJ.


Rosemarie C. Polkowski

Director of  Operations

Rosemarie (Casey) has served as the Director of Staff Operations at Liberty since 1992.  She began her healthcare financial management career at Franciscan Health System.  She is active in Liberty’s efforts to assist clients in accelerating cash flow and reducing accounts receivable aging. She is an active member of HFMA and AAHAM. Casey attended St. Peter’s college.



Gina Roselli

Manager of Commercial Accounts

Gina has been with Liberty since 2001. She manages innovative processes and our advanced technology (FREEDOM) to effectively produce quick and accurate claims payments. Prior to joining Liberty, she held management positions in hospital patient financial services and commercial insurance. Gina is an active member of HFMA and AAHAM. Gina attended Kean College.



Jeri Nardiello

Manager of Medicare and Medicaid

Jeri has been with Liberty since 1992. Her highly trained staff uses on-line billing applications, and process claims for all 50 states. She is an active member of the HFMA and AAHAM. Jeri attended Bloomfield College.




Susan Van Pelt

Call Center Manager

Susan has been with Liberty since 2007. She is currently responsible for the oversight and management of all overflow inbound calls for our hospital clients.





Nick Taguinot

IT/Database Manager

Nick has worked for the firm since 2007. He is active in all information systems at Liberty and is the administrator of our proprietary application named FREEDOM. He attended DeVry University.




Mike Van Pelt

Accounting Manager

Mike has worked for Liberty since 2008, and is responsible for accounting and administrative functions. He has a B.S. in accounting from William Paterson University.
